Put your name on the harbor list. A registration records a required name and a valid email address with the festival owner; the server checks both fields before anything is kept.

What a registration is not. It is not a ticket, a reservation or a purchase. Nothing is charged, no visitor account is created, and there is no later retrieval — the owner alone can view submitted registrations.
